Start by scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if working together feels like a good fit. I’m happy to answer questions about my approach, insurance and fees, or what therapy might look like for you.
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you paperwork to complete through the secure client portal. Once your paperwork is completed, I’ll reach out to schedule your first appointment—or you’re always welcome to reach out to me. I ask that paperwork be completed within 5 days so I can hold a space for you in my schedule. If you need a little more time, just let me know.

Yes. I accept insurance for sessions provided in North Carolina and am currently in network with Aetna and most Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans.
If you're located in South Carolina, sessions are private pay only.
If I'm not in network with your insurance and your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual plan.
Before your first appointment, I'll verify your insurance benefits and let you know your estimated copay or coinsurance. I also encourage you to confirm your benefits and expected out-of-pocket costs directly with your insurance company.

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of their mental health services.
If you're paying out of pocket, I'll provide you with a Good Faith Estimate before services begin. You can also request an updated estimate if your expected costs change.

Some therapists use AI tools that record or transcribe therapy sessions to assist with documentation. I do not record or transcribe our sessions.
If you have questions about how technology is used in my practice, I'm always happy to answer them.
